Online Design Policies
-Please allow
yourself enough time to properly fill out your online design
form. This should take you approximately 30-60 minutes. How
you fill out the form will impact the designer’s assessment of
your needs and wants. The online design form eliminates the
need for a typical initial consultation from a designer – so
please fill out the form to the best of your ability!
-After you
submit your form, you will be contacted within 48 hours with
instructions to submit the necessary photos and measurements as
well as payment instructions.
-Please note
that full payment is required prior to any work commencing. All
payments are non-refundable.
-Once payment
has been received, please allow for 3-4 weeks for the designer
to work her magic! Once that time has passed, you will receive
your ultimate room package in the mail and you will have
everything you need to create your dream space! And of course,
i3 Interiors is always available on an hourly basis if you need
any additional help along the way as you create your dream room.
Please note..
-Every design
project is unique and specially catered to every client’s
specific needs – but a typical online design package will
include suggestions on furnishings, finishes, color accents or
paint suggestions, layout/organization suggestions and
accessorizing and finishing touches to add personality to your
space. With suggestions that have been made, you will be told
the product or finish name/type, where to order and approximate
pricing/ordering timelines.
-The designer
will make suggestions based upon pricing and product
availability at the time of research. The designer cannot be
held responsible for any pricing changes or product backorders
or cancellations of suggested products.
-The designer
will not be responsible for any errors that may occur as a
result of false or improper information provided by the client;
such as improper measurements or information given to the
designer from the client. Communication is key- and it is the
client’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided
is accurate and true.
